Flash Villains Chart

On page 304 of the comic book “Justice League: The Final Frontier” there is a unique comic panel at the bottom of the page that caught my eye. Circling a small text box smacked in the middle, bodiless faces of many DC villains grin evilly and snarl back at me. Following the format of that inspiring panel, my illustration will introduce to you 16 new and improved Flash villains, who will be staring back at you with bodiless heads and evil grins of course.  What started off as a design for the back of a t-shirt has now become something much larger with new world  building and stories just waiting to happen!
